EXCHANGE POLICY

Wrong Product Delivered
  • You just need to drop us a mail at kardamomindia@gmil.com mentioning the reason for exchange and you will get a revert within 48 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a replacement made and it will be dispatched as soon as it is ready.
  • For Exchanges, the product should be unused and request should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery.
  • If a packet is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
  • In case request does not qualify for exchange, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.

 

Want to return the product and buy a New Product adjusting the amount already paid?

  • You just need to drop us a mail at kardamomindia@gmail.com mentioning that you need an online store CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within next 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you. Pick-up charges applies depending upon weight and location.
  • The product should be unused/unopened and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • As soon as we get the product back, We provide a Credit – We add amount equal to the product value to your online store account. You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us.
  • Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.

 

This exchange policy is applicable only for Domestic Orders/Orders delivered within India only. For International Orders, regular Retuns and Cancellation policy is applicable for exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across the globe. For Details, refer to our below mentioned shipping policy –

Indian Customers
  1. Shipping within India for orders.
  2. We ship from our Narayan Dabholkar Rd,Mumbai location.
  3. For Domestic Orders, we ship via Bombax, Bluedart and Fedex.
  4. Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
  5. Bulk Order products take 15 working days to dispatch and subject to individual confirmation via email.
  6. As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email and WhatsApp.
International Customers
  1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex . Kardamom does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  2. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
  3. Bulk Order products usually takes 20-25 business days to dispatch unless exclusively confirmed via email.
  4. Kardamom tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), customer is free to cancel the Order and Full amount will be refunded.
  5. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
  6. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  7. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
